In pune I have a flat in aprtment of 9 flats,I am selling it
1) in mou what should be clause for vacating tenant?
2) tenant is not giving maintence to socity due to dispute is cleaning and damage,as per rent agreemtn he is responsible,will it hamper socity noc?
