Double sale of property

Hello Sir,

                   This is Seenu from Bangalore. I am planning to buy a property in Bangalore. But I hear people saying there will be double selling of the property.

Can someone please let me know what are the steps needs to be taken to buy the property, In what case double selling is possible and how I can avoid it.

Hi,

You need to collect all the documents of the property and give to advocate for due diligence of the property documents than you will get clear picture whether property id double sold or not. Further query you can contact me 8971047086 I am available in Bangalore.

we r purchasing a underconstruction property , ist buyer already registerd in june 2012 , now wants to resale

whether we need to pay again full stamp duty

even a property serch done by agency will help you in finding whether the property is double sold or not. if he has registered you will get his orignal agreement after he sells his flat to you hence the same cannot be double sould. as registered agreement hold legal value
