Double jeopardy

498a FIR is there for last two years but no chargesheet as yet.

In domestic violence case, the MM has been bribed & she threatens me in open court to pass various unfavorable orders.

how can I use the double jeopardy clause/ para referring Renu Mittal vs Anil Mittal judgment because DV mm wants to order istridhan recovery & my wife will say that I have filed complaint against IO therefore 498a is being delayed?

any other judgment citing double jeopardy?

Try to change the case to another bench and complain the matter to high court Register

forget double jeopardy etc.

Kindly just answer only this please:-

how to legally in a para tell the DV court that since 498a is already there hence istridhan recoviery can't be done legally in DV case read with Renu Mittal vs Anil Mittal judgment by Justice Shiv Narayan Dhingra

You probably want to swallow istridhan during pendancy of the case. In this case the accused will be benefited by own folly.

for 498 file expeditious petition in high court ( means complete the case with in stipulated time)
