What is the procedure for domestic voilence cases. Whether it criminal case and normal bail as per criminal cases has to be given.

No. Its a quasi civil proceedings and bail is not required to be taken.

DV is civil in nature and judge may adopt any procedure to run the case. Normally it runs as a civil case and is converted to criminal if u do not follow the passed orders by judge.
