J. 3361  Prosecution against other family members quashed except husband while in AIR 2009 (NOC) 1329 (RAJ.) High court Court asked to revise maintenance amount when found that such amount was more than salary of husband,  Family of husband also dependent on his salary & Wife had other source of earning and can avail other reliefs under Act.
