Dear Members,
I would like to know whether domestic violence case impact male (Husband) family members. As the husband who is an NRI has left the country with note that he don't want to live or meet any one. So wife got angry on him and would like to file case on this. But Male side parents and sister still want both of them has to live to gather. His mobiles are switched off and not responding any mail to anyone.
In this case whether wife has a chance to file case on husband parents and sisters.
