domestic violence act

Applicant is getting interim maintenance per month still filed application for recovery of the expences for the education of child i am strongly objected said application and it is time for arguments what should i do is there any citation pls help me

Yes, she is entitled to claim maintenance for education and maintenance of the children even though she may have independent income.

Anil, with due respect to you and my friends , Manish has not stated anywhere that the applicant is arning or has an income of her won.... it is very interesting to note that he has used the word "recovery" and not claim... frame your question properly manish you seem to have lost  track amidst ur worries ... do not panic... as I think there is a ray of light please check the PM I sent u.
