I ve filed a DV case against my husband during last feb. I am yet to get a maintenance I need a few clarifications:
1) Under which section a court order will be sent to the company where he works to get his salary details.? How long does it take for the whole process?
2) He is drawing salary around 60-70 K . I will be eligible for how much amount as maintenance?
3) Once the maintenance is ordered, is there possibility to get compensation after final judgement.
Pls. clarify.

You have to file a petition for maintenance in family court at the local jurisdiction. The courts summons to him to respond in the court.
