Dogs using common facilities

Greetings ladies and gentlemen

I have an enquiry  I'm living in rental house , recently i bought a dog , for his physical excercise and fitness can I use  car parking lot of my owner  which is almost 50×60 feet . But the issue is this parking lot is given for rental for outsiders. He is opposing me to enter the parking .

Any suggestions for this problem

Quick Summary
A renter is asking if they can use their landlord's car parking lot for their dog's exercise, despite the lot being rented out to others and the landlord opposing their use. The consensus is that using the parking lot without permission is not advisable due to legal rights and maintaining a good relationship with the landlord. Alternative exercise locations like local parks are suggested.

Admittedly, the car parking has not been rented out to you!
