Does the Ex Service men have any excemptions in law?

Sir,
Iam working in a nationalised bank..My coleaguue(ExService Man) scolded and insulted me personally.How can I approach legally on him..Does they(ExServiceman) have any excemptions,special procedures or special provisions in law?

They have no exemption u issue notice thru advocate and file suit against him

No exemption to ex- service man. However, if possible, you can simply ignore such incidents. Any complaint or litigation in our legal system will take away one's peace of mind slowly and gradually. One litigation will lead to multiplicity of litigation. You may realize this point only in future. Take care.
