Plz. let me know an extension/amendment agreement for consignee agent can be made on company letter head or stamp paper required for that, plz. let me know the value of required stamp paper also.

Yes. In my opinion it is very much required on a stamp paper.Since the papers are only valid in the eyes of the law

In my opinion,a stamp paper is required. the cost of the stamp paper depend on the agreement value.
