Does rti applicable to selection boards

Hello Experts ,

Need some suggestions regarding RTI

Now-A-days the selection Boards like IBPS ( Institute of Banking personnel selection ), UPSC , SBI , SSC ( Staff Selection commission ) the submission of Application is Through Online.

When any  Person applies for any Govt. job through these selection Boards , can it be possible to know whether that  person given their exam or not on the scheduled day of the Examination  through RTI using their personal details like  Full name , date of Birth , Registration number...... Etc.

Can these boards keep this information confidential or they can give ?

if the Person whose details we want to know is either a Complainant or Accused , can the police/Court get this information from the boards using their Details ?

Thank you in advance

If you go through Section 24 and 25 of RTI Act as follows;-
24.Sub-section (1) of section 8 and section 9 of the Act enumerate the typesof information which is exempt from disclosure. Sub-section (2) of  section
8, however, provides that information exempted under sub-section (1) orexempted under the Official Secrets Act, 1923 can be disclosed if public interest
in disclosure overweighs the harm to the protected interest.

35. In regard to a third party information which the third party has treated asconfidential, the Public Information Officer should follow the procedure as  given in the chapter‘For publiCinFormation officers.’
. The third party shouldbe given full opportunity to put his case for non-disclosure if he desires that theinformation should not be disclosed.
