Does one require judgement in this case .

what happens
1.when court find no merits in the appeal
2.that the appeal of the appellants be and the same is hereby dismissed .
3.that the both parties shall bear their own costs

Sir kindly note that 1. Appeal to Dist and sessions court .it means lower court jmfc judgement is revived and hence if accused was convicted then chances of arrest of accused.2.appeallent accused may file revision applicationvto High court with application for suspension of aentence and also application for bail .All relevent documents of lower court evidence of witnesses and also actualbchargesheet be enclosed to prove errors on face of record and major lapses if any.He will succeed.
