Consumer protection Act. 1986, cases required to be summaryily decided in 3 months.... Hon'ble Mr. Ashok Bhan Presdent NCDRC.... shows his inablility to decide present cases as he is short of Members and has pendency since 1998 this is what he said on 3rd Aug. 2012 in Court Room No. 1 at NCDRC, to a lady Advocate seeking preponement of hearing for her client who had suffered in the hands of Insurance company and was now the Target of the Bank, who wantto sell out his property by attachment under SARFESAI.......ALAS, Anna ji,and Baba Ramdev cannot get us any relief..... why does the Govt, make such laws/forums that can not deliver JUSTICE IN TIME, depriving every Citizen his/her Right to timely Justice. It is High Time, Our law minister should come up with more stringentrules for the Courts/Forums/Tribunals  to deciode the cases as soon as possible "IN THE INTEREST OIF JUSTICE"
