I have a property in UP near Hapur. I have given that property on rent to someone. that leasor is very old and about to die. my question is that after his death will the rent agreement automatically go onto his legal representatives or will it stand cancelled?

The expression lessee shall include his/her heirs,executors,successors and assigns etc.

I apologise . in the question I should have written the wrong term and should have written that in the case of the lessee does the rent agreement transfer to the legal representative.
