Documents to be kept by seller

Hi all,

 

I would like to know which photo copies of the documents does a seller has to kept with him after the sale of the property? I m from surat, gujarat.

The latest sale deed executed by him is sufficient.

All papers, documents are kept from seller,  like - All registered documents / receipt of registration / index - 2 copy, if society / association u collect Share Certificate , Registration Certificate, memorudem of Association, etc.... otherwise Loan File of the property.
