Request you to help what are the documents required to get building plan sanctioned near Bannerghatta Jigani road for constructing house also please help me what are the charges collected and to whom I have to contact for building plan sanction authority.
The following are the documents that are required to get a building plan sanctioned for constructing houses:
- Copy of the plan.
- Proof of entitlement.
- Specification of the proposed construction
- Supervision certificate
- Completion certificate
- Rainwater harvesting certificate
- Mulba certificate.
The charges are Rs 10 per sq metre to get a building plan sanctioned.
The building plan will sanctioned by MCD.
