A person "A" alleges that a person "B" tried to kill him. Person "A" files a case against "B" against IPC 307.
What is the process followed by the police and what all medical documents are required by the police/court for the same? The person "B" was admitted(as alleged) to District Hospital for 1 day.
Please need advice from experts!!!!!
