Dear Sir,
I need certain 'Minutes of Meeting' & Certain 'vouchers' pertaining to specific Job done, from my Housing Society . I have asked via letters to no avail. Later I approached the Deputy Registrar and they are ignoring his letters too. He then sent notice u/s 79 but they are still ignoring. Currently I got news that registrar cannot do much untill the 97th Amendment is not enforced and that I have to wait till it is enforced. Please advice.

Dear Mr.Kedar,
it seems that society is not interested in your demands and may be trying to hide out.
You may file suit with registrar of co-operative society with respect to same.

Please excuse me for my lack of legal know how.
What I would like to understand is that the matter is already with the Registrar, what will be difference if I file a suit as compared to my current complaint with registrar.
Also how long may it be before the 97th amendment is implemented for the action to be possible ?
