Documents for 12.5% property

Dear Experts,

I have searched a residential property (flat) to buy in Navi Mumbai. The property is said to be on 12.5% plot and it is resale property. They say the society is formed.

Kindly let me know what are the documents should I ask to seller & society to make safe deal and to get Home Loan from any bank?

How 12.5% plot property is different than CIDCO or private property?

12.5% plots are allotted to villagers whos land is acquired and private property is land alloted to other purchasers. But in your case society is formed then there will be no diffrence and it is like any other society. It is advised to consult a lawyer.
