Documentary proofs to prove wife deserted husband

Hi All,

What are the documentary evidence I can submit to family court to substantiate that wife deserted me hence she is not entitled for maintenance.

How can I prove that I want her back but she doesn't want to come back?

Kapil,

Under section 101 and 102 evidence act, who should prove the facts. Is it my wife who imposed section 125 on me with false allegations or the defendant (me) to prove these are baseless allegations.
