I had looked a flat in thane which is grampanchayat area. There builder has oc,cc,na of the property. From this we can confirm,whether or flat is legal or not???.If yes, what would be main point which I have to see,which is mentioned in that

Builder shows us only oc ,cc, and na...can we buy the flat??? Is it safe to buy???
