My civil case going on in Regular CIVIL SUIT in valsad IN MY SALE DOCUMENT which is registerd CHANGE AREA 75.00 Sq.mtr to 75000 sq. mtr BY DOING MISCHIF BY EDITING IN COPY. I sold out my house in village which cover only 75 sq.mtr. , this house is on my name only. The total land is 1760 square meter. Now purchaser want complete land free of cost. so he had put in court SALE DOCUMENT OF HOUSE BY DOING THIS MISCHIEF. From REGISTRAR OFFICE document received which shows 75.00 Sq. meter only. It is offence under crime IPC 467, 468, 471 and others section. My question is how to inform Hon.Civil court to take action for police inquiry. Under which civil procedure code.
