This is RAMKUMAR B from TAMIL NADU.
My DOB is 13-12-83, but due to parents mistake it was changed to 13-07-81. But i am correctly preparing for UPSC examination. Because of this change i will loose one attempt. i have my own birth certificate with my original DOB. I wuold like to change my certificate DOB to original one. Tell me the procedure how to proceed this.
