Do insurance cos come under Consumer Protection Act.

Please confirm if insurance cos come under Consumer Protection Act as I am being harassed delibarately by Oriental Insurance Co Ltd, Mumbai.

I tried to register my complaint via E dakhil but it doesn't include insurance cos.

Please guide.
