Dear Mr.Atul Pathak,
Your post is not clear about the proceeding you are referring to. Is it a divorce proceeding or under Guardian and Wards Act seeking custody etc. I may suggest that once the order has been passed the only option available is that you may file a review petition stating that all the issues which needs to be addressed by the court have not been addressed. Otherwise treat it a fresh cause of action and file fresh pleading or go in appeal.
