I have filed a divorce case and then respondent didn’t attend the adjourments and hence she was set as exparte and then she along with her mother ,aunty , uncle and 15 anti social element foreclly come to fathers house and left her daughter there and they are staying there from the past 3 days and asked my father to vacate the house and black mailing my father.
My father has complained to the local police and complained but they dint take any action on this may be she was using some political influence .hence my father went to CP and requested the same thing.
