Divorce U/s13B

Dear Sir/Madam,

  WE had appleid for divorce u/s 13B and presently the court has given the statuatory period.This will expire next month ..What would be the next coruse of action after the expiry of statuatory period.Will decree for divorce be passed

if your matter is in bandra court, then the procedure is that both the parties have to file the affidavit of consent and the court will pass the order accordingly.

If the court has already given a date for second motion, you have to move the second motion (second motion is nothing but as said my friend ad.creaminall) on that date and if date is not given, you can move it immediately after completion of statutory period, i.e., 6 months.
