my wife filed divorce transfer in HC and i received the notice from court..
my advocate filed vakalath in high court and filed counter........
my question is is it the wife's advocate wish to proceed further or its the judge will decide the next moment...
because my wife willingly wants to delay the divorce....
please suggest me..

after filing counter from your end their will be arguments from both the sides and judge will decide the final verdict
