Pls advice me for my situation
I got married 7 year back have 2 child 1 is boy 6 yrs old and a girl 3 yrs old my wife used to always threat me that she will attempt suicide if I will not live separate from my parents whereas I m the only earning man in my family and without me no body will take care of them she always used to misbehave with my parents now 15 days back after fighting with me she left the home with his uncle now I want to divorce her and filed divorce case in court thru a lawyer and on advise on my lawyer my parents has debarred and disowned me and my wife their movable and immovable property so she can not enter our home and I m living with my freind in other colony my father has filed a complaint in police station as a precaution so whenever she try to enter he will call police
Now my question is that can she filed fir against me and my parent on the basis of false allegation I m worrying about my parent what should I do somebody said that u. Can take court protection so u can anticipatory bail
Second can she be claim my property or my parent property
Third now she is in punjab with his can his father also fir there agst me and my parents then what can I do
Fourth what if she do suicide in his parent home and if leave any note against me and my parent that we provoked him for suicide then what consequences we have to face
Fifth if she will come with his father and some village and start shouting outside our house and try to enter our then should my parent call police
Pls suggest I really want to do divorce she make my life hell
