Divorce time

If it is contested divorce either X or Y will file a divorce.

If X files X has to give the grounds for divorce and if Y contests against the grounds it will take long, but if X's grounds are proved divorce will be granted.

Practically contested divorce will take long time ,.

If X files divorce and Y accepts to X , The case will proceed under mutual consent .

X files divore  .... accusing Y....

Y giving counter..

But Based on strong evidence that X got, Y made to accept.. Then divorce comes to an end...
