Divorce suggestions

Meri wife ne bhi mujh pe 498A ka case dala hua hai..or sath me maintance ke lie section 125 ka....or section 9 HMA ghar vapis ane ke lie.... Maine section 13 divoce ke lie case dala hua hai.....mujhe samaj nahi a raha..498A case me wo mujh pe dowry ka arop laga rai hai..sath me section 125 or section 9 me ghar vapis ane ke lie keh rai hai..... Ab mujhe divorce chaie kya mujhe mere case section 13 me divorce mil paega.....
