my name is ritesh. i got married 7 years ago in Varanasi. my wife is staying with her family 1 year 4 months. they are tortuting me n threatening me. i want to file a divorce petition but i am living in delhi.
can i file a divorce petition in delhi except my home town.
after filing divorce petition, can the other party file a 498a and if they file it, what would be consequences if she is not living with me or my family.
please help me!!
