greetings.
in a few days im going to marry a girl...but she asking me divorce after marraige immediately...so i need legal consultant.to give divorce to her.after marraige immediataly..kindly.suggest me......so i also decide to give divorce after marriage..we are getting marraiage by family force and her getting marraige bcz of her ego..and she has boyfriend..and her ambition is to go and work furthure..and she decide to live like foreign country living relation with her boyfriend...please helo me out
1. Very good concept started now in India. However, Divorce is possible ONLY after minimum one year of marriage.
2. Go to local Family Court and meet the Lawyers who specialise in Divorce proceedings for practical guidance.
