Divorce Speedy Trial petition in HC

I have filed HMA Divorce Speedy Trial petition in Bombay HC. Earlier HC website was showing date 22 July 2016. Then after few days it got automatically changed to 27 July 2016. Today It got automatically changed to 24 Jan 2017. I dont want to wait for such long time. Plz suggest what should be my next step?

Did u file party in person? If so you need to have contacts in admistation department (who will take care of cases schedule). People are money minded . Court is good place to collect bribe that is what I feel.
