Divorce filed at the place where lawyers were not allowed, so plaint is weak but the evidences are strong an d most of them are those which filed by my wife. False cases and complaint filed by my wife after filing of divorce, does amounts to cruelty. Request to all the members to send if any such/ similar judgement held. Case is at final arguement stage and going on day today basis hence treat URGENT. Thanks and regards to everybody, have a great day.

If you are able to establish that those are false cases, then it is an act of cruelty on the husband.
Pleadings are important and evidence must confine to pleadings. Point out that your wife submitting evidences which were not pleaded.
