what are the circumstance that a girl is able to receive the establishment amount after divorce,and is divorce possible after 3 to 5 months in a situation that the boy is found with another girl

Hello,

Divorce within 3 to 5 months is not possible even if husband is found with another girl. I suppose you are asking for maintenance amount so after marriage wife is entitle for maintenance from husband. You have to file maintenance application in court for getting maintenance amount.
