I have filed Divorce under section 12 i)a(impotency ground) in senior civil court and got number in Mar 2014..
After two months wife filed divorce transfer petition in high court andhra pradesh and since then they didn't filed counter..
In the last month (MAR 2015) got the judgement from court to move this case to my place to wife's place...
Now its been so far they didn't filed counter ...How much time will the court allow now to file counter now?
