Divorce procedure

If you both are willing to go for consent divorce, it can be done by "Khula" in a mosque in front of the witnesses on fulfilling the conditions set forth by the girl side.  It is very simple and easy, do not worry about the registration formalities in this regard.  This is the  only approved form of divorce on mutual consent as per Muslim personal law or shariat law.

 can i File an application under ORDER XXXII A  (1) 2(a) of CPC for matrimonial relief and  praying for dissolution of marriage solemnized in between Wife and Husband and to pass decree of divorce. What court will do if it failed to arrive for settlement? will court pass order for devorce? situation is very worst devorce is only solution in my case.
