Divorce petitioned filed in another sate

My cousin got married in Kerala in 2010. She was married to a person permanatly settled in Bangalore.

Now her husband has filed divorce petition against her at a family court in Bangalore.

I would like to know if she can transfer the case to a court in Kerala, as the marriage happened in Kerala

As of now she has not filed any case against her husband. She don't have family or frnds in bangalore, so thats the reason for requesting the transfer to her home town in Kerala.

Will the case transfer request be a complicated process?
