Im looking for Supreme Court judgements under section 25, where "A husband's request (in Supreme Court) for Transfer of Divorce petition filed by his wife is accepted on the grounds of Jurisdiction"
Here is the case.
1. Wife works and Lives in City A
2. Husband Lives in City B
3. Wife Files for Divorce in City C (Her parental City)
4. Husband goes to SC for transfer of Divorce petition to City B.
5. Supreme Court accepts the husbands petition and gransts transfer of divorce petition to City A or B or a mutally agreed other location..
