A muslim husband wants divorce through court decree. But as per dissolution of muslim marriage act, only females have the right to file divorce petition. what are the legal alternatives for a husband to file divorce petition? Under what act and section can he file a divorce petition?

In MOhammedan law the husband can divorce his wife on his own. He need not approach any forum or court of law. Only thing he must have a free and an un ifluenced intention backed by valid reasons which he must reduce into writing, pronounce Talak and convey the same to his wife whome he wants to divorce The moment he pronounces Talak it becomes complete.
