Dear experts pl. help me in following query:
If a husband wins rcr decree exparte at matrimonial place and wife comes for a week or so and again goes back to her parents place claiming that the husband has turned her out of home and files divorce petition at her parents place immediately, what is the legal remedy available for husband to deny her jurisdiction at parents place?

if she wants divorce then give ur ur consent without any delay
or
no need to contest the case it can go ex parte divorce if no 498a or DV or 125 crpc case is filed against u
