Hi everybody,
I have a scerious probleme with my wife. She is living saperatly at Mumbai along with my 2 child's for last 5 year's.
all her expenditure till now is beared by me and my family. But her requirement's are increasing day by day, which now I am unable to fulfill.
She neither want's to live with me either at my home town (Purulia, W.B.) or at Mumbai nor she is willing to get divorce mutually.
I need divorce now. is there any way?

but the maintanince should be a reasonable one and which I can afford. And whatever little I know , law is in favour of women and I fear if I file a case of divorce against my wife's will I will be the looser
