It is really advisable for you to file a case for restitution of conjugal rights at Mumbai on immediate basis. If your wife is aware of the proeedings at the Parivaar paramarsh kendra, then, she may also institute criminal proceedings under s.125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 at her parents place of residence seeking maintenance.
