i vinod suresh shegokar,32 live in mira road
i have marry with jaysharee keshav mhaske 30 , on 11.05.2008
since frist day of our marriage jayashree is not instersted to live with me
now she is residing with her parant in jalgaon last six month with my 3.5 years baby too
could i file for divorce.....?

Yes you can file for a divorce .you have to produce sufficient evidence and strong reasoning why you want to separate.
does she too want to get separated from you.?
if so you both could apply for Divorce with mutual consent.that's the simplest of ways but depending on your wife's education and earning you might be ordered by the court to pay for maintenance or alimony.
