Divorce filed by husband & wife

Dear All,

In my case Divorce application under HMA 1955 Sec.13(B) filed by me before 2 months. Recently my wife also filed Divorce application under HMA 1955 Sec.13(a) & 13(b).

Is her application  maintable or even valid?What is her intention behind this application?

Talk to her and convert it into Mutual Consent Divorce as it will save you time and money.
