Is there any time limit in order to file for Divorce ?

The time limit between the marriage & divorce is one year for marriages which are solemnized according to Hindu form under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 or civil form under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 ..........my marriage was solemnized according to Gujarat Registration of Marriage Act 2006.....does the same conditions apply for Gujarat marriage act 2006 ?

you can file for divorce at any time but only after one year of marriage.
as per my knowledge, after filing for divorce with mutual concern in court it will take minimum of 6 months or more
