I am going through a situation in which my so called ( 406 lady) are trying to reach an agreement and anyhow we are not coming to an agreement,
Girl Side Demand
Me and the girl (I am not going to call her wife) are trying to seek dissolution of marriage but according to her advocate they are saying that they are willing to withdraw all the complaints against me with a condition that i don't file any future case against them and they do not want any money from me. But in exchange they want everything in written from me that i give up my rights to file any case against them and once the issue is over i am not going to bother her with any court cases.
My Side Demand
I am saying that even though she is withdrawing the complaint against me is not satisfactory to me and i am saying that whatever people she got involved to build a case against me including her has to file an affidavit in court saying that all the case against me were false and hereby she is withdrawing the complaint. But she says that she don't want to write that , she just wants to withdraw the complaint and then we dissolve the relationship.
Just to summarize she has filed IPC 406, 498 a , 506 against me thinking that i was going to come to settlment in terms of money. Out of all cases 406 was running in court which she has withdrawn recently but she is holding IPC 506 against me in police station and IPC 498 a has been also gone coz the inquiry officer has done C- summary on that case.
She got local politicians and police involved to snatch money from me but that didn't happen now she is asking for this condition i want to know if it is okay to proceed with this.
To summarise what i have done so far,
I have got A.S.I. suspended from job asking for money.
I have filed a complaint in Gujarat Bar council against her lawyer for threatening me. He was warned by the disciplinary committe for whatever he did to me.
I have also filed I.P.C. 506 & I.P.C. 383 against everybody from her side even politicans,and her family members.
Finally girl was caught having s*x with another guy and this was the reason they are backing up from their complaints. The guy has provided me all the nude photograph of hers with him. I had to threaten the guy for filing th case and that's when he admitted that he slept with her. However i have not initiated anything on this but informed the inquiring officer during the investigation and the girl admitted in police station that those photographs were hers. Initially she didn't admit but when the guy came in front of her she started her drama crying and saying that the guy has trapped her. When the inquiry officer started harassing the guy he told that his relation with her was at her will and there was nothing he did to trap her. I am waiting on experts feedback what should be done to come to an end this mess.
