When can Divorce decree is available or what i the procedure for obtaining Decree after 2nd motion is done successfully in MCD? Also from where it is available. Whether from family court or from the certified copy department of court? Why I am asking this is bcoz wife side advocate is demanding 5k extra from me and I don't want to go to him for Decree.

You will get the certified copy of the decree in the court office.
